We want you to be confident in your purchase of HoursNest, operated by Byway Souvenirs. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on new subscriptions: if you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
All payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net (the email receipt link from your purchase) or contact our support team in-app and we'll help you through Paddle.
Subscription renewals and cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. After cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period and your plan will not renew. Renewal charges that have already occurred are handled under Paddle's Refund Policy.
Plan changes
Upgrades (monthly to yearly) take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades (yearly to monthly) take effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not refund the unused portion of a yearly plan when downgrading.
